My roommate in colleges family always made these traditionally for Christmas morning breakfast. I hadn't thought much about them for close to 15 years, but they are easy, delicious and filling. (edit mustard amount based on preference, mustard isn't one of my faves-so I tend to use little to none).Roll each biscuit to flatten, evenly spread the mixture on each biscuit, add a quarter slice of the cheese, fold over biscuit and seal edges. Please on greased (spray, butter, etc.) baking sheet, pop in oven per directions on biscuit packages.If you don't serve them all at once, I do recommend wrapping them in a paper towel prior to putting them in the fridge, just keeps the moisture from making the biscuits soggy (yuck!).
