Here is how you make Healthy n' Happy Homemade Crunch:

On a foil lined baking sheet (with an edge), mix together all dry ingredients except raisins. In a double boiler over medium heat, mix honey, maple extract, and cinnamon together (this makes honey more spreadable). Pour honey over oat mixture and stir with fork or hands to lightly coat. Spread out over sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, until lightly toasted, stirring once during cooking. Once you remove the cereal from the oven stir in the raisins and let cool. VARIATION:Place 1/4 cup buckwheat groats in about 1 cup of water. Soak for 6-12 hours. Rinse, rinse, rinse, until the water is not thick or foggy.
