2 Tbs. cinnamon

1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Here is how you make Homemade All-Natural Granola:

1. Mix in large bowl, oats, wheat germ, coconut and cinnamon.2. In a separate bowl, wisk together the oil, maple syrup, honey and vanilla.3. Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture and mix well.4. Stir in the nuts and seeds. Mix well5. Spray 2 large cookie sheets lightly with Pam cooking spray.6. Spread mixture evenly on sheets.7. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes (NOTE: after 10 minutes, take shets out and gently sitr mixture. Put sheets back in over and reverse order on top/bottom shelves).8.
