Use 9-10 inch round pan and spray with non-stick spray.In bowl whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk, flour, salt and pepper. In separate, non-stick skillet (spray skillet with non-stick spray) and on medium heat saute broccoli (tips only, don't use stems) garlic, onions, and basil. When all veggies are tender, remove from heat and add to egg mixture. In microwave, cook bacon until crispy and then crumble pieces into egg and vegtable mixture. Pour egg mixture into pan.
