This is a really good high protein low fat breakfast or pre or post work out meal with a little kick. This is my favorite breakfast and I eat 1 slice natural whole wheat toas and plain non fat greek yogurt with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Yummy!

Here is how you make scrambled eggs with kale:

Heat a skillet on medium heat, spry with extra virgin olilve oil spry. Add whole egg and egg whites, splash of milk ( I use almond milk), scramble. Add remaining ingredients except kale and cheese. When eggs are almost done add the kale spry with a little more evoo and cook till kale is limp and bright green, add cheese till melted and take off heat and put on plate.
