Cut tortilla strips into approximately 1 inch strips. and place in "X" pattern in cup cake tins. Cook chorizo until done and drain grease. Add rinsed pinto beans to same pan and slightly mash, stir back in chorizo and green chilies. Heat through and then allow to cool.Beat together eggs, milk, baking powder, cumin, black pepper. Stir in all other ingredients including chorizo mixture, except tortillas. Pour approximately 1/3 Cup mixture into each tin.Bake at 350 for approximately 25-30 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked. Let cool 5-10 minutes in pan and then carefully remove, using spatula on sides.
