Of course, start with lightly toasting the muffin, set aside. Lightly spray non-stick coating into pan and on medium heat, cook egg sub. While doing this, microwave patty for 45 seconds on med-high. Take one spoonful of cheese sauce and spread on toasted muffin. Top with cooked egg and turkey sausage patty, and enjoy! (I'm aware the cheese sauce isn't really healthy, but compared to sliced processed cheese, it's a bit better.
