I used eggbeaters and Light smart balance butter.

Mix 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of butter, 3 cups of oats, 1 cup of eggbeaters (or 2 eggs), 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp (or more if you prefer) of ground cinnamon, 1 apple cored skinned and chopped, 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend.

The smart balance butter was 1 cup. I had to make it into so many teaspoons so SP would enter it. Also, I used splenda brown sugar blend--2/3 cup. SP only gives the option for teaspoons.
