I found the original recipe on tasteofhome.com; it's called Michigan Fruit Baked Oatmeal. However, I wanted to make more than what they had called for and I changed a couple things, namely I switched out vanilla for the almond extract and I added more almonds. The way that I view this recipe is, it's a good way to make a lot of homemade oatmeal at once. Reheating words well too; simply add a tbsp of milk and microwave.
