In a large sauce pan, bring water to a boil. Chop onion, mango, and apple. Stir in fruit and onion, sauces and honey (in that order.) Stir constantly for about five minutes. Stir in oatmeal. Add spices. Continue stirring for one minute, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for about four minutes, or until done.
