Usually 3-5mins. Once it starts boiling use your spatula/spoonula to stir vigorously, the stirring helps break down the banana & makes for a thick creamy bowl of oats, keep stirring until you reach your desierd consistency. Place it in bowl then top with some type of nut butter, wait til it gets all melty & good on top, then spoon a bit of your nut butter with each bite of oatmeal. Mmm.
