1/4 cup Egg Whites - used Natures Egg simply egg whites
1 scoop 100% Whey Isolate Protein Powder - I used Chocolate
(if using plain .... then I would add 1 tsp real vanilla)
Whisk these 2 ingredients well, and then add to the oat mixture.
