Put in microwave for 3 minutes on high ( or par boil till soft but not mushy).Add onions, milk, pepper, and garlic into warm potato. Mix and lightly mash for 30 seconds. Mix in flour slowly until fully blended in.Final product should look like partly square bits and partly mashed bits.Spray pan with low fat cooking spray.This amount fits nice and flat on a toaster oven pan.
