What Are The Ingredients For Bill's Western Omelet Recipe?The ingredients for Bill's Western Omelet are: 2 large Eggs1 tsp water Dash of salt Dash of pepper 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tbsp green bell pepper 1 Tbsp bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 Tbsp onion 1/2 oz Colby Cheese 2 Tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild 1 tbsp Sour Cream How Do I Make Bill's Western Omelet?Here is how you make Bill's Western Omelet: Use two saute pans. 1. In one pan place a tsp of extra virgin olive oil. Saute the peppers and onions together at a low heat till they are soft but not browned.2. Break the two eggs into a bowl, add a t spoon of water. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. With a fork or a wisp, whip the egg mixture till it is completely blended.3, In the second pan add a tsp. of extra virgin olive oil and heat to a low temperature. Add the egg mixture and let it begin to cook. When the eggs begin to thicken up and solidify around the edges begin lifting the edge with a spatula and allow the egg mixture to flow off and under the cooking egg. Work your spatula around to loosen the omelet from the pan and swirl the pan around to allow the omelet to slide around in the pan to ensure that it does not stick.4. When the omelet is getting close to finished, using your spatula to assist, flip the omelet over. Quickly add the cheese and the sauted vegetables and fold the omelet over. Let it set up in the pan for just a few seconds then slide onto a plate.5. While the above is going on. place the salsa in a small dish and heat for a few seconds in the microwave.6.
