How Do I Make Omurice Omelet?

Here is how you make Omurice Omelet:

Crack egg into bowl. Add half and half, salt, and pepper and whisk egg. In a small skillet (6 inches or less, unless you are really good at making omelets) over medium heat add 1 pat of butter and melt.Once butter is melted, swirl to coat pan then pour in egg mixture. Let it fill out the entire pan so that it is thin.Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes depending on how hot your stove is. We like browned butter, so my pan is already hotter and thus cooking time is less. The egg will be mostly cooked at this point.Flip once to make sure the other side is cooked and leave for about 15 seconds before taking out of the pan and covering your omurice filling.Serving Size: 1 servingNumber of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user RANNVEIGS.
