Here is how you make Good Morning Blueberry Cornmeal Pancakes:

Add the lemon juice to the milk. Stir gently & let 'sour' into a home version of buttermilk (or use fat free buttermilk if you have it!)Whisk together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and soda in a large bowl. Set aside.Whisk together buttermilk, milk, butter and egg in medium bowl.Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and whisk together just until combined.Toss blueberries in a small bowl with 2 tsp sugar.Heat a griddle over medium heat. Spray surface of griddle to keep pancakes from sticking.
