Here is how you make PB and J Pancakes:

Pre-heat a griddle to 350 degrees. Put the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes or until SUPER smooth. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Slowly add the egg, milk, oil, and melted peanut butter. Add more milk if it feels too thick to pour. Spray one coating of non-stick spray on the griddle. Pour pancakes (about a 1/4 of a cup for each) on the griddle. Turn when the air bubbles begin to pop on the surface. Cook for and additional 30 seconds to a minute and then remove. Continue for the rest of the batter.To make the syrup heat the grape jelly in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 Tablespoons of water in a small bowl. When the jelly has become liquid stir in the cornstarch mixture. Simmer until the syrup consistency is reached, about 5-10 minutes.
