Here is how you make Rita's Low Fat Buttermilk Pancakes:

Put all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well with a fork. In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together and add to the flour mixture. Stir just until mixed. Scoop out with 1/4 C measure and cook on 400F griddle about 5 minutes per side. Enjoy with some unsweetened frozen fruit that has been heated in the microwave and a little E.D.
