2 eggs

2 Tbs.unheated honey and/or raw agave

1 tsp.baking powder

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp.vanilla extract

Your choice of fresh fruit -- raspberries, bananas, blueberries

Coconut oil or other oil

Directions

Measure 1 cup whole oat groats and grind medium fine.
Mix in 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, then 2 egg yolks, 2/3 cup water and 2 tablespoons honey or raw agave.

Gently fold egg whites into batter briefly.
