25 Almonds (approx 1.5 ozs)
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 medium banana, quartered
1 cup canned coconut milk (not Silk)
2 eggs
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp honey, maple syrup or corn syrup (optional)
3 tbsp coconut oil

1) Combine chocolate and almonds in the work bowl of your food processor. Set aside a third. 2) Add vegetable oil and banana.
