Here is how you make Peanuty Pancakes:

Mix dry ingredients (flours, baking powder, salt & sugar) in large bowl. Whisk together egg, oil & milk in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix to combine (take care not to over mix).Pour ladle of batter onto hot griddle or pan coated with cooking spray. Add any add-ins at this point. Flip when edges of pancake turn golden. Continue to cook on other side for 1-2 minutes. Serve as-is, or with your favorite syrup or pancake topping.Recipe makes approximately 9 3-4" pancakes.
