Here is how you make German Pancakes (Whole Wheat):

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in a round pie plate in the mircrowave. While butter is melting add all other ingredients into a mixing bowl. Beat on high for 1 minutes. Take pie pan from the microwave and swirl butter around until sides of dish are covered. Pour the batter from the mixing bowl into the pie plate. Put into oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until sides are brown and middle bounces back when pressed down.
