Here is how you make Whole Wheat Dried Berry Pancakes:

Heat oven to 200 degrees and set a warming plate in it. Lightly spray pancake griddle with spray cooking oil. Heat pancake griddle to 375 degrees.Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, slightly beat egg, then add light brown sugar and stir in to combine. Add milk and oil to egg mixture, and mix well with a fork. Add entire mixture to flour mixture and stir, adding in dried berries.Use 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour out 4-5 pancakes at a time onto the griddle. Cook for 2 minutes on the first side, 1.5 minutes on the second side, turning when the top surface is bubbly and the edges are dry enough to use a spatula to turn them over without disturbing the shape of the pancake.When each pancake is done, move it from the griddle to the warming plate in the oven.
