Add banana mixture and stir until smooth. *(optional) fold in BlueberriesSpray your griddle with non-stick cooking spray or vegan non-hydrogenated margarine. Cook on med-high until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook them since the banana browns quickly. Top with fruit preserves, fresh fruit or maple syrup.
