Here is how you make Whole Wheat Sweetish Pancakes:

Mix together wet ingredients first then gradually stir in flour. Heat skillet over medium-low heat and melt a small amount of coconut oil in skillet to cover the entire frying surface. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into skillet and move the pan around to distrute the batter evenly. Allow to cook until it looks almost completely cooked and comes free from the pan easily. Flip pancake and allow to cook a couple more minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings.
