What Are The Ingredients For High Protein Pancakes Recipe?The ingredients for High Protein Pancakes are: 1 cup flour4 eggs 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp sea salt 8oz. plain yogurt 1/4 cup water 1 Tbs sugar How Do I Make High Protein Pancakes?Here is how you make High Protein Pancakes: Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Beat eggs and add to flour mixture. Combine Yogurt and water (you can use orange juice or 1/3 to 1/2 cup apple juice) If only water is used it is recommended that at least 1 Tbs of sugar is added for sweetness. I also used flavored yogurt. (vanilla or maple)Combine yogurt and flour mixtures. I used electric mixerPreheat a skillet, the recipe calls to use coconut oil to cook in but you could use a spray oil. Pour in pancakes and flip when needed. I let them cook on the first side until almost done. I often use applesauce for the topping with a small amount of maple syrup for flavor. Mash strawberries or blueberries can also be used for topping. Use your imagination but remember to count those calories.
