Here is how you make Eggs Florentine Pizza:

Preheat oven to 450. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the spinach for one minute. Drain and squeeze dry with paper towels. IN a medium bowl, combine the spinach with garlic, ginger, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mozzarella over prepared dough, then top with spinach mixture. Crack eggs onto pizza and bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until edge of crust is golden brown. While that is baking, whisk together the sauce ingredients until smooth.
