4 eggs
2 egg whites
1/8 cup low fat milk
2 tsp. fresh tarragon, oregano and/or basil
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 cup fresh asparagus, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tomato, diced
1/3 cup grated cheese
2 cups strawberries

Here is how you make Tomato and Asparagus Pizza:

Preheat oven to 450 F. Place pizza crust on pan and bake until cooked through, 8 to 10 min. Beat together eggs, milk, herbs, salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, saute asparagus and garlic for about 3 min. or until asparagus is just tender crisp. Pour in egg mixture and cook until eggs begin to set, then lift egg and let uncooked egg slide underneath to cook. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until egg is completely set.
