How Do I Make Cinnamon Potato Rolls?

Here is how you make Cinnamon Potato Rolls:

Combine all except the flour in mixer. Switch to dough hood and slowly add the flour. Refrigerate overnight or let sit greased and covered on counter for several hours.Divide into 2 mounds. With each portion, spread or roll out on a floured pastry cloth until approximately 12x15 rectangle. On this, spread softened butter then sprinkle sugar then sprinkle cinnamon. Roll up the long end jelly-roll style. Slice into a dozen rolls and plac ein a greated 9x13 pan until doubled. This makes two 9x13 pans (24 rolls). Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Okay to let cool in pan. Wrap tightly and freeze in desired portions.
