Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Bacon, 1 medium slices, cooked about 4T

How Do I Make Easy-Bake Egg and Potato Frittata?

Here is how you make Easy-Bake Egg and Potato Frittata:

Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Stir in hash browns, 3/4c of the cheese, onion, 2T bacon, and the spices. Coat an 8x8 baking dish lightly with cooking spray and add egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until a knife comes out of the center clean. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese and bacon and the green onions.
