My family always requests this breakfast when it's cold. It's super simple, but warm and filling. Also, I try to keep my sodium low, so I'll look for the smoked turkey sausage rings with the lowest sodium. Sometimes, I use regular eggs and eggwhites in place of the egg substitute. (it depends on how many eggs I have or how lazy I feel.)I don't add any salt or pepper because of the smoked sausage.I serve this with fruit on the side, usually oranges.
