Grate potatoes into bowl. Add flour, salt and milk..Sitr together. Do not whip. Preheat frying pan. Spray with cooking spray and cook both sides. Top with syrup. I usually use only butter spray. My kids like them with syrup.This recipe has been modified to work with a low fat diet.
