1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
4 egg whites
1/3 cup diced smoked Gouda
1 teaspoon chopped garlic

Here is how you make Golden Potato and Gouda Tart:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in 10-inch oven safe skillet over meadium. Add onion and saute until golden brown. Add spinach, zucchini, and broccoli and cook until spinach wilts, about 3 minutes. Place vegetables in a bowl; set aside.Slice the potatoes as thinly as possible and toss with 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon rosemary, the pepper, garlic, and salt. Then, starting in the middle of the skillet, arrange the potato slices in a spiral pattern over the bottom and up the sides until all surfaces are covered with at least one layer of potato slices. Set aside.In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and egg whites. Stir in vegetable mixture, 1 teaspoon of rosemary, and Gouda, and pour into potato-lined skillet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until egg is set. As soon as you remove the start from the oven, run a knife around the sides to loosen.
