In a 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan spread bacon crumbles on the bottom, sprinkle on cheese, broccoli, green onions, and garlic. In large bowl mix eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture gently over ingredients in pie plate.
