How Do I Make Hamburger Quiche?

Here is how you make Hamburger Quiche:

Preheat oven to 450. Layer hash brown patties in bottom of 9x9 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain and allow to cool. In medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and cornstarch. Stir in 1/2 the cheese and the ground beef mixture. Mix in the liquid smoke, bacon bits, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pour into the hash brown crust.Bake in 350% over for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese and place back in the oven.
