1 tsp Soy Sauce

How Do I Make Sinangag - Filipino Garlic Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Sinangag - Filipino Garlic Fried Rice:

In a non stick pan cook eggbeaters using PAM as needed. Once cooked remove from pan and set aside. Then brown garlic in same pan using the canola oil. Once cooked set aside using a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel. Then add white rice to pan and mix to coat in oil. As the rice is day old you will probably need to use a wooden spoon to help break apart the cold rice so it coats in the oil and heats thru. Once heated thru add sausage (diced) and cook for a couple of minutes until pre-cooked sausage is heated, then add the cooked eggbeaters and garlic, and the salt and soy sauce. Mix all together and serve. Makes about 5 1-cup servings. Enjoy!Number of Servings: 5Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user AURORAKIDDER.
