Here is how you make Salmon Frittata:

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook onion until softened, then add corn, salmon, tomato, red pepper, and spinach. Cook for about 4 min. Beat eggs and salt and pepper together and pour over the mixture in skillet and cook for about another 4 min. or until egg is almost set. Place skillet under broiler and cook until set, add cheese and cook until golden brown and bubbly.
