I enjoy putting a fruit sauce on my crepes, pancakes, and waffles. You can substitue almost any fruit you like in the recipe above and it should still make a nice sauce. It may change the nutritional values depending on the fruit you use. The cornstarch is used only for thickening you can also modify according to taste but I think some is necessary otherwise it is too thin & runny.
