16 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
16 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g)

Here is how you make Sausage Pinwheels:

Filling DirectionsAdd 1 pound ground sausage into skillet and brown. Drain excess grease.Add in the 8 oz. block of cream cheese and mix well. Set aside.Fathead Dough Directions:Add 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments until cheese is completely melted. (Approximately 2 minutes)Add egg into melted cheese and mix well.Add 1 1/4 cups almond flour and baking powder. Mix together then knead with hands until the dough is well combined. (Tip: Wet your hands with water or olive oil if the dough is sticking to your hands)Assembling the Sausage PinwheelsLayout a piece of parchment paper and spray a little olive oil on it to prevent sticking. Put fathead dough on parchment paper and flatten it into a large rectangle.Spread filling across the entire rectangle of dough leaving about 1 inch of space around the long edge of the dough.Start at the long edge and gently roll the dough into a tight roll.Place the rolled dough into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour to chill.
