Here is how you make Sausage Gravy for Bisquets:

In a 10 in. skillet, brown sausage while chopping with a spatula so it's crumbled and cooked thoroughly. In your measuring cup, measure out milk and add flour to the milk. Whisk together milk and flour. Drain grease from the cooked sausage and return to skillet. Add milk and flour mixture and return to medium high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to keep the milk from burning. Milk and flour thicken to make gravy after about 3-5 minutes of boiling.
