Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Heat 2 tbsps of the coconut oil in skillet over medium heat. When fat is hot add onions and cook, stirring until softened, about 2 minutes. Combine saut?ed onions, ground sage, meat, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl and blend well with your hands. Form one inch balls and flatten into patties.
