1 Tbs Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbs sage
1 tsp rosemary
1 Tbs parsley
2 cups almond milk
1 cup egg beaters
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Here is how you make Savory Sausage and Herb Pudding Wolfgang Puck:

Allow bread to dry out the night before or toast. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a saute pan over medium heat brown pork sausage and onion. Allow to cook for 1 minute. Set aside. In medium bowl mix bread, parmesan cheese, sage, rosemary, and parsley. Set aside. In another bowl combine almond milk and egg beaters. Make sure eggs are well mixed. Add sausage and onion mixture to bread and mix. Incorporate milk and egg mixture mixture thoroughly until bread is soaked. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
