Makes 12 breakfast patties.Add spices and salt to water, bring to boil. Add TVP. Remove from heat, stir well, and allow to cool enough to mix with egg. Beat egg with stevia and add to TVP mixture. Form 12 small patties. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium low.
