1/4 c. chopped onions
1 garlic clove
1 c. fresh baby spinach
1 wedge light swiss laughing cow cheese
2 t. smart balance buttery spread


How Do I Make Savory Spinache Omlette?

Here is how you make Savory Spinache Omlette:

Beat egg and egg whites in small dish. In omlette pan, melt 1 teaspoon of butter. Saute onion until translucent and add 1 clove of pressed garlic. After one minute, remove onion and garlic from pan. Add 1 c. of fresh baby spinach to omlette pan and cook until reduced. Add 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese. Mix until creamy. Remove from pan. In omlette pan, melt 1 teaspoon of butter. Pour egg mixture into pan. Cook on one side until amost complete (egg should be mostly cooked through). Flip egg over. Place ham, spinach mixture, onion and garlic on top of cooked side of omlette.
