Here is how you make Marcia's egg and spinach scramble:

Saute fresh spinach, or use canned or frozen, so you end up with approx 1 1/2 cups cooked. Add tomatoes and continue to saute until they're hot. Season to taste with Mrs. Dash and freshly ground black pepper. Shake eggs and milk together, then pour into spinach and scramble. After eggs start to set, add the cottage cheese.
