2 cups half 'n half cream
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 tsp salt
Dash white pepper
1/2 cup shredded or cubed swiss cheese
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 ready to bake 9" deep dish pie crust

Here is how you make Bacon, Spinach, Mushroom, and Swiss Quiche:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop bacon and fry until almost done, drain on paper towel, and set aside. In same pan, add butter and mushrooms. Gently cook for about 3-5 minutes. Add spinach and bacon to the mushrooms and heat throughly. Remove from heat. Pour half 'n half into a large microwave save bowl and heat for 1 -1/2 minutes. Whisk in eggs, salt and pepper into the half 'n half until well blended. Preferably with a mixer.Spread bacon, mushroom, and spinach mixture onto bottom of the pie crust. Next sprinkle cheese over the top of mixture.
