How Do I Make Southwestern Spinach and Pesto Omelette?

Here is how you make Southwestern Spinach and Pesto Omelette:

Pre-heat your stove top to medium. Make sure you use a small to medium sized omelette pan.Separate 3 egg whites into a medium sized bowl. Set aside.Chop up all your fresh ingredients into bite sizes that you would like (feel free to make them as small or large as YOU like)Take half of each pile of fresh ingredients and toss them into your egg whites.And a pinch of Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle & Mrs. Dash Spicy. (But feel free to add any dry spices to your taste preferences)Whisk all ingredients together gently.Spray your warm pan with any non/low fat cooking spray and dump your egg mixture into the pan. Spread out the ingredients by just shaking the pan gently ever few seconds. When the omelette is sliding as a whole, gently flip it with a wide spatula (folding it in half, the flipping out the underside is the easiest way)Spread your pesto sauce over half your omelette. Fold in half and slide onto plate. Pour salsa on top and enjoy!(Note: The Mrs. Dash was not factored into the nutritional info. Please feel free to use your own seasonings, but try and stay away from salt to keep it low in sodium. Also, sometimes I reward myself by leaving in one yolk and adding ? cup of low fat cheddar cheese on top of the pesto before folding in half.
