Here is how you make Omelet-Spinach, Onion Pepper, Tomato and Feta:

In medium bowl beat whole egg with egg whites. Add adobo and pepper to taste(optional). Over med-low heat cook eggs in 8-10" frying pan ( use crisco spray to keep from sticking). Once eggs have set add veges (you may choose to saute the onions and peppers first or leave raw). Sprinkle cheese over top and cover for 2-3 minutes. Fold and serve.
