1 individual serving carton of Dannon Light & Fit non-fat strawberry yogurt*
5 frozen strawberries*
Ice cubes if needed (typically frozen strawberries are enough for me, but if you like yours more icy go for it. I add about 5 ice cubes in the summer sometimes)

*You can substitute with any frozen fruit/yogurt combo you'd like. This is just one of my favorite. Don't forget to adjust nutrition info accordingly.
