Here is how you make Swiss Chees Fritatta:

Preheat Broiler. Spray a 6" skillet with non-stick product (PAM / Mazola Pure) and place on medium heat burner. Add 1/2 cup Egg Beaters. As the egg begins to thicken, add mushrooms and onion. Lift egg edges now and then to allow raw egg to go to bottom of skillet. As egg gets thicker, add tomatos. When egg is almost solid, add chopped Swiss Cheese and place under broiler until bubbly.
